Getting Started
As soon as you enter the Spirit Temple, go back outside. Shiek will drop in on you. He will teach you the final song, the Requiem of Spirit. If you looked around in the Spirit Temple at all, you would realize that there was nothing you could do at the present time. With thee Requiem of Spirit, use the Prelude of Light to warp back to the Temple of Time. Go back in time and play the Requiem of Spirit as a child. This will warp you to the Desert Colossus. Head back into the Spirit Temple. Block the pots that fly at you with your shield and go up the stairs. To your right, a large silver block prevents you from continuing in that direction so go to the right. Don't touch the two Armos statues in the middle or they'll attack you! Talk to the Gerudo blocking a small tunnel. She is Nabooru, a well-known Gerudo. She asks you what you are doing and if you reply "Nothing Really", she will ask a favor of you. She will ask you to find the Silver Gauntlets for her and bring them back to her. Tell her you will and when she moves, crawl through the hole.
Armos Room
When you enter this room, a Razor Trap is gliding back and forth. Avoid it by climbing up the ledge to your right. Kill the Fire Keese before proceeding. An Armos Knight guards the center of the room. Eliminate it with a bomb to open the doors. Go in the door to the left.
Stalfos Room
As soon as you enter this room, a Stalfos drops in on you. It's tougher to beat as a child but not impossible. Avoid the edge or you'll die! Lock on and freeze it with your Boomerang, then perform a jump attack on it. When it dead, there appears to be no way over to the other side. A large grate is standing straight but you need to get it down to cross. How? Well, you can either go to the ledge on the far left side of the room and use your Slingshot to hit the crystal switch or you can try aiming your Boomerang manually to hit the switch. When you hit it, the grate falls. Kill the Green Bubble and cross over to the other side. Equip your Hylian Shield before moving into the next room.
Anubis Room
When you enter the room, in the middle, you will see a hovering enemy called the Anubis. These guys are tricky to defeat. They are vulnerable to fire and it's the only way to defeat them. If you have a lot of magic, get close to them and use Din's Fire or if not, keep reading. If you go near, it will shoot fire at you. After it shoots at you, it will just hover for a few seconds before shooting another blast of flame at you. Quickly, run past it and avoid the Blade Trap beneath the Anubis. It's not easy but you can make it. Once on the other side, you'll find a crystal switch. Stand by it and you'll also notice that the Anubis has changed positions. Take out your Slingshot and hit the switch on the opposite side of the room (Near the Anubis). This will trigger a small wall of flame to engulf the Anubis and destroy it. Go in the door that is now open.
Wallmaster and Fire Keese Room
Navi will warn you about the Wallmaster here so defeat it first like you did the others. Then, kill all the Fire Keese. You can lock onto the ones on the opposite side of the gate and use your Boomerang to kill them if you want to. Collect all 5 Silver Rupees to lower the gate. Stand on the lowered part and kill the Gold Skulltula, then, retrieve the token with your Boomerang. Use Din's Fire to light the two torches and make a small chest drop down on the other side of the room. Open it to find the first small key! Head out the door and you'll find yourself back in the Armos Room. Crawl through the small hole and unlock the door. Kill the Skulltula spiders on the wall and climb up. At the top, turn around and kill the Gold Skulltula for another token.
Sun Puzzle
This is a neat puzzle. You will see a ray of light shining in the room. Two Lizalfos will drop down if you go near the door and the corner. Defeat them and equip some Bombchus. Aim a Bombchu at the crack where the light is shining from and let it go. It will bomb the crack and let much more light shine in and open the door.
Central Room
This is the main room of the temple. It has a large statue of a woman sitting in the middle up against the wall. Both of her hands, have something to do with beating the temple but you have no way of getting up there yet. First, go stand on the small platform in front of the statue and use Din's Fire to light the torches and make a chest drop down. Open it to find the Dungeon Map. On the far left side of the room, a switch sits below a ledge with an Armos. Climb up onto the ledge and push the Armos off onto the switch to keep it pressed down. Run up the stairs and go in the door at the top.
Triple Challenge Room
There are 3 things you must do in this room. The first thing is: Collect the Silver Rupees. After you collect all of them, one of the torches in the room will light up. Light a Deku Stick and run quickly around and light all the others. Hurry up though! After they're all lit, there's only one more thing to do. Move the four blocks out of the way until you can get to the one with the sun face on it. Pull it into the sunlight to open the door.
The Iron Knuckle
The Iron Knuckle is a new enemy and definitely the most powerful you'll come across! It looks like a lifeless, metal piece of junk but once you hit it, it comes to life. Hit it with any weapon and it will rise and slowly walk towards you. Each hit from its axe will take away at least 4 full Heart Containers!! Lock onto it and keep moving. It moves slow so get around behind it and jump attack its back. You should have mastered the backflip and sidestep maneuvers by now. The Iron Knuckle begins to move much quicker as it is weakened so you'll have to do a lot of slashing and backflipping! After it dies, the door behind the throne is opened. Go through the door and talk to the owl. After he leaves, open the large chest to find the Silver Gauntlets! Feel the Power seeping within your hands! Watch the cut-scene and you'll see Nabooru sucked into the sand by Koume and Kotake, the two witches that inhabit the Spirit Temple. Warp to the Temple of Time and become an adult again. Use the Requiem of Spirt to warp back to the Colossus and re-enter the Spirit Temple.
Beamos Room
Once you re-enter the temple, grab the large silver block to your right and push it until it drops down. Avoid the Razor Trap and use your Longshot to hit the crystal switch above the Beamos. This should unlock both doors/ Go in the one to your left.
Wolfos Room
Defeat the Wolfos that pops up and stand on the Triforce Crest. Play Zelda's Lullaby to make a chest drop down. Longshot over to it and get the Compass!
Rolling Boulder Room
You must collect all the Silver Rupees in this room. Play the Song of Time in front of the Time Block to reveal a Gold Skulltula. After you collect all the Silver Rupees, the bars over the door will be raised. Equip the Lens of Truth to see a hidden Like-Like in the next room. Kill it and get a small key from the chest. Head back to the Beamos Room now and unlock the door.
Sunlight and Mirrors
As soon as you enter this small passage, a Like-Like drops in on you. Use your Longshot to paralyze it and kill it with your sword. Climb up the wall and you'll come into a room with a mirror and sunlight shining in. Have your Lens of Truth ready to use now. Grab hold of one of the edges on the mirror and give it a push. A Floormaster will drop when you burn a certain sun plaque but use the Lens of Truth to find it before it grabs you! Two chest will also drop down, don't open them or you'll get a chill. When the gate finally rises, go through the door.
Central Room
You're back in the central room but on a different side. Go up the stairs and look at the statue's hand. You'll see a Triforce Crest on it. Either equip the Hover Boots and hover over to it or try jumping. If you fall, look on the ceiling above the platform where you entered the room and you'll see the Hookshot target. Once on the Triforce Crest, play Zelda's Lullaby to make a chest drop into the other hand. Longshot over to it and open to get another small key. Head back up the stairs where you enter the room and go through the door.
Anubis Room
Take out your Fire Arrows and dispose of the Anubis. Bomb the Beamos and the door in the bottom-right hand corner of the map should open. Watch out you don't fall off the edge!
Armos Puzzle
The switch in the middle of all four Armos statues must be held down to raise the bars and allow you to exit through the door to the right. Hit any of the Armos statues and lure it onto the switch. Stun it for a second with the Hookshot and run for the door before the statue hops of the switch! This may take awhile to do. Use the Lens of Truth to find 2 chests which each contain a recovery heart. Enter the door at the top.
Iron Knuckle
Another Iron Knuckle waits here for you. Shoot an arrow at it to trigger it. Lock on and defeat it the same way you did the others. If you visited the Great Fairy outside of the temple, use Nayru's Love to protect yourself! After it dies, go through the door behind the throne. Open the chest there to recover the Mirror Shield! Head all the way back to the Armos statue room now. Use the Mirror Shield to reflect the light shining down to the sun plaque on the wall. When the sun burns up, go in the door that is now open and claim another small key from the chest. Now, go back to the Anubis room. Hit both the floor switches with the Megaton Hammer and one of them will raise the gate pver the other door here. Go through the door.
Wall of Death
Instead of doing this the hard way, take out your Longshot and target as far up as possible and pull yourself up to the top. Hold forward while pulling yourself up so you can grab onto the wall without worry of falling. At the top, quickly run past the Beamos and avoid the Razor Traps. Enter the door.
Triforce Room
No, you don't get the Triforce here! Stand on the Triforce Crest and play Zelda's Lullaby. Go through the now open door and kill all 4 torch slugs. After they're dead, take out your Fairy Bow and shoot an arrow at the door to the left of the fire. Quickly, shoot another arrow at the eye behind it. You can just bomb the door too. The switch triggers another block to appear above you. Longshot up onto the block and hit the switch. Get down quickly before the flames rise again and open the chest to claim the boss key. Head back to the Triforce room and go in the other door.
Link, Lizalfos, and Light
Hit the crystal switch behind the gate with your sword to raise the bars covering the door ahead of you (Remember, charge your sword up!). Enter the room and kill the Lizalfos that drops in on you. Kill the 3 white bubbles to your left and find a false wall. Bomb it to reveal another hidden mirror. Watch out for another Lizalfos that may pop in on you! Push the first mirror until it is shining towards the other one. Then, push the second mirror until it reflects the light off the large mirror. Go and stand on the platform and reflect the light onto the sun plaque. This will lower the platform into the central room. There seems to be no apparent way to get out of here but try using your Mirror Shield to reflect light onto the statue's face. It will crumble away and reveal a small gate of some sort. Longshot over to it and go through the boss door.
Ultimate Iron Knuckle
You'll walk in on the two witches, Koume and Kotake, whom are responsible for the kidnapping of Nabooru. They ask the Iron Knuckle to dispose of Link and it comes to life.
This one is much larger than the others and it's a little tougher to defeat. Lock on and perform jump attacks on him and immediately do a backflip to avoid being hit by his axe. Use Nayru's Love to protect yourself. Once the armor falls off, you see Nabooru. She was brainwashed into trying to kill Link! The witches reappear and trap Nabooru again when she tries to run away. Walkthrough the door, and down the short hallway and into the boss arena.
Sorceress Sisters:Twinrova
This is by far one of the harder bosses you've met. Climb onto the large center platform and Koume and Kotake circle around you. One will shoot bolts of fire at you and the other will shoot ice at you. When one builds up her power, face her and ready your Mirror Shield. Hold down "R" and use the control stick to move it. You must hit the fire witch with a bolt of ice and the ice witch with a bolt of fire. After three hits each (I think), they will get angry and turn into one large with. This is much easier in my opinion. Watch and see which power she is going to shoot and use your Mirror Shield to absorb it. You must absorb three Fire attacks in a row or three Ice attacks. If you take a fire attack and then an ice attack, you'll lose a fair amount of your energy. After absorbing three of one attack, it will reflect back at her. She'll fall to one of the four smaller platforms for a few seconds. Hurry over and slash her as much as possible! Keep absorbing her attacks and slashing her until she dies. The sisters will appear and get into an argument and be taken away. Grab the Heart Container and walk into the light. Nabooru gives you the final medallion and tells you to go to the Temple of Time. Warp to the Temple of Time.
