When you enter the training grounds, head for the door to the right. Go through the door and defeat the two Lizalfos and the Beamos before the time limit is up. Grab the small key from the chest that drops. Go into the next room. Equip the Hover Boots now. Go to the bottom of the stairs and hover to the platform on your left. In here, you must collect the Silver Rupees. Use your Longshot to get the one up on the high platform. Once you have all of them except for the one surrounded by flames, stand on the platform to the left of where you started from and play the Song of Time when Navi turns green. Two Time blocks should appear. Climb up them to get another small key. Now, hit the switch on one of the platforms. This lowers the flames around the final Silver Rupee for a limited time. Climb over the Time Blocks and hover over to get the rupee. This will open the door on the opposite side of the room. Longshot over there by targeting the wooden part of the torch. Enter the door and stand near the Time Block. Play the Song of Time to make the block disappear. Put the Iron Boots on and sink into the water. Avoid the Razor Trap spinning around and kill the four Shell Blades with your Longshot. Use your Longshot and line yourself up with the Silver Rupees so you'll get them while pulled up. You have to remove the Iron Boots to get the one on the ceiling. Once you have them all, go back to the surface and claim the small key from the chest that dropped down. Leave the room and Longshot up to the ledge where you collected a Silver Rupees from earlier. Go through the door and you'll find yourself in a room with statues around the sides. Take out your Megaton Hammer and stand beside the statues and pound them into dust. When you find a floor switch, hit it to lower the flames around the chest in the middle. Then, shoot the eye on the wall with an arrow to open the exit door. Head into the next room. Jump onto the circular platform and it will begin to move. You must shoot an arrow into each of the four statues in one pass around them. To make it easier, jump onto the small platform that the statues are on and walk around shooting each one. Get the small key from the chest that appears. Use your Longshot or jump back up to the moving platform. Head all the way back to the beginning of the training grounds now. Go in the door across the room. Defeat the two Stalfos before time's up and get another small key. Go into the next room. Quickly, find all the Silver Rupees before the time limit is up. Use your Longshot to pull yourself over the walls of flame. Enter the door that opens after collecting them all. Head into the next room and defeat two Wolfos and two White Wolfos. Once they're dead, use the Lens of Truth to find a hidden exit in the wall. Longshot up and hit the switch. Go through the door. Walk along the ledge and you'll come to another small key. Now, head back to the beginning of the training grounds again and go in the middle door. There are 2 locked doors here. Go in the one to your left. Use the Lens of Truth to find a hidden hole in the ceiling and climb up to get a final small key. Continue unlocking the doors. Most of the chests contain rupees. When you get to the large chest, open it to get the Ice Arrows. That's it! Now head to the Haunted Wasteland.
