Follow Zelda down the outside edge of the tower. Don't fall off though! If you go ahead of her, she will move slower. Zelda will use her magic to open the gates on the way down. When you arrive at the Stalfos room, Zelda is imprisoned in a ring of fire. And two Stalfos pop up! Defeat them quickly and get out! You will come to a bridge with a Re-Dead. Play the Sun's Song to freeze it and kill it if you need magic. Follow Zelda out of the castle and watch it crumble to the ground! Navi apologizes for not being able to help you in the battle before (Not that she ever does help). Zelda and Link here a noise and you must now walk to the middle of the rubble.
